WHAT SORT OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT TO

- Naturally, results are going to vary
greatly between each individual. However as a guide, from a random
sample of 100 clients taken from a Sydney studio, not one individual
lost less than 20cm in total circumference from the lower half of the body
over 12 treatments.
A controlled study conducted on the effects of Hypoxi
training concluded, that individuals using Hypoxi lost 3 times more
circumference in the lower half of the body than those that carried out
conventional exercise. That is, with Hypoxi training we can
dictate/isolate where the majority of fat will be lost while exercising.
VACUNAUT - Naturally,
results are going to vary greatly between each individual. However as a
guide, empirical studies show that Vacunaut users can achieve up to 3
and a half times greater circumference loss around the stomach area than
that achieved with conventional exercise. Using magnetic resonance
imaging, it has also been proven that the circumference loss achieved
with Vacunaut is not attributed to fluid loss, but rather the result of
real fat degradation in the stomach and hip region.
S120
- Naturally, results are going to vary
greatly between each individual. However, the greatest benefits of the
S120 are the ability to lose weight in the right areas. The effects of
the combined positive and negative pressure phases are profound and have
resulted in some clients seeing up to 90% improvement in cellulite, not
to mention between 20cm to 40cm in total circumference loss over 12
sessions.
The S120 also supports and accelerates lymphatic
drainage, particularly in people suffering from weak connective tissue
and veins. It also has been shown to help reduce the recovery time of
highly strained muscles.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
L250 and S120

Training should be undertaken wearing loose fitting tracksuit pants, a
t-shirt and joggers. Bring a gym towel with you also.
VACUNAUT -
Vacunaut training should be carried out
wearing skin tight bike pants, a tight fitted t-shirt and joggers. Bring
a gym towel with you also.
IS IT DANGEROUS?
No, all Hypoxi sessions are completely safe. The
training machines monitor your pulse rate to ensure that your heart rate
is always below your maximum fat burning heart rate. This is normally
between 100 and 135 beats per minute, depending on your age and physical
condition.
For safety reasons, there are certain contraindications
which we require you to consider before commencing treatments. If you
have any questions or doubts, you should consult your medical
practitioner. Your health and safety is our paramount concern.
IS IT PAINFUL?
No, it is completely non-invasive and pain free. Many
clients comment that the horizontal position in which the treatment is
administered in the L250 takes pressure off the joints and
lowers the client’s heart rate so that the experience is more liken to a
spa therapy than a form of exercise.
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD
HYPOXI BY UNDERTAKEN? AND HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
For optimal results, Hypoxi training should be done
consistently 3 times per week for 4 weeks. It is advisable to
have them spread throughout the week, however this is not mandatory.
Training sessions will range anywhere between 30 – 45
minutes based on the individual assessment you are given by your Hypoxi
operator.
